27ms, 60fps, still desyncing - São Paulo Gateway

Hey guys, is anybody else experiencing heavy desyncing since the last three updates? Every single time I choose lockstep mode I end up with heavy desyncing and rubberbanding, the game used to play real nice before those last three updates. I am using the São Paulo server.

you are getting spikes of over 500 ms on that test, right from the router.
