So close but so far. Realistically, the cast speed is a dead stat. Investing on it based on lightning warp is a big risk too especially since we're likely to see changes to movement skills.

Ya at least I can't imagine them making lightning warp worse. Atm it takes 4 links to even make it worth casting. If we get some spells in 3.0 that benefit attack builds it would really make this ring less ridiculous.
