2 t1s, 2t2 on a very good amulet base
& 2 medium rolled affixes

Very nice one for peps that need the cold damage although with crit multi instead this would be a top notch amulet. As it stands i think you should be able to get few exalts for it.

I ld place it at the 2-3ex price range
