WTB Cyclone Build...Adding Legacy BoR

Hey there, been a way for a few years but I am interested in coming back since Overwatch sucks.

So far I need Kaoms (non-leg), Ngamahu 6L, Devoto's Helm 4L, Xoph's, Death's Door Boots 4L.

I have plenty of currency to pay for this, so if I can make this a one stop shop I will pay above market for it.

I need some gems and such as well, but we can trade for that later.
