How do I report moderators?

I have had a post deleted for using the word cry which is very common on this forum and never gets deleted normally.

Now somebody is accusing my parents of sleeping around and yet the moderators are doing nothing about it.

Admittedly the post in which I used the word "cry" was not in support of the new nerfs, the post in which the player accusing my parents of being unfaithful maybe prostitutes or rapists or whatever, was in support of the nerfs.

Is this how the forum is moderated ?
