crafted % ES on ring going legacy ?

and old crafted ES items with t1 % ES are also going legacy ? sorry but english is not my mother language,so,sometimes i'm not sure about some language shades. have fun learning is a painful process ... knowledge is the most deadly weapon. Last bumped on May 19, 2017, 8:38:45 AM

it's going to be tested in beta, however I think this one is done, other nerf might be reversed but not this one, 20% on ring is way more valuable than 20% armour or 20% evasion, this group of master craft are not balanced from day one, no matter how much GGG decide to dial back,it will be legacy mod
