[Help] Is Warchief Totem Damage Output static or varies depending on players buff/debuffs?

If someone placed 2 Warchief Totems on the ground, and gain a buff after the totems are already placed. Do the casted totems gain damage proportionally to the players or do they retain their initial static Damage throughout period?

The buff I'm referring to are from these examples: Crave the Slaughter (25% increased Attack Speed if you've been Hit Recently), Vaal Haste (You and nearby allies gain (25-31)% increased Attack Speed), or just some Damage/Attack Speed Flasks.

For example, before the fight, a player casted 2 totems, character tooltip show 10k dps. Then he got hit & gained attack speed, used vaal haste, or drank some flask, and now tooltip is showing 12k dps. Would the totems on the ground gain DPS also? or still have 10k dps during player buff effects.

I can't find anything on the wiki:

You'd have to look more generally: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Totem

Totems cast by players use their skills according to the player's stats, including modifiers from charges and buffs (like auras) affecting the player.

It's a bit outdated (Totems are no longer Cast, they are Placed) but the idea is the same. Most often, experienced players call it "Totems use your {character's} offensive stats and only your {character's} offensive stats," which means they do not meaningfully have offensive stats of their own.

Thank you so much for detailed explanation.
