Hello! Here we see that % increased Stun and Block Recovery can be both Suffix and Prefix: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/List_of_int_shield_modifiers So how to understand on some shield is Suffix or Prefix? prefix comes as a part of hybrid mod (with increased evasion/armour/ES). most of the time we can identify it, but sometimes we cant.. the identify methods involve mod value comparison, or using information from crafting benches..
