Naaah, there are plenty of great items items and only your build should tell you which are the most desirable ones. But there are of course 100 times more vendor trash items.

When i play i pick up ONLY items that might be usefull to my char. And uniqs. And superb flasks/gems (gems also normal) and all currency.
