Izaro mistakenly identifies number of lieutenants left

I was running merc lab yesterday (April 26, 00:30 Eastern Standard Time (Toronto, Canada)) and I defeated two of Izaro's lieutenants. However, the game thought three remained. Did you use the /bug command while in the Labyrinth?
