dx11 hyperthreading game crashes

I have recently re enabled the dx11 version and enabled hyper-threading in the options menu. I had then on a while ago and my screen would go buggy and flashy so i turned them off. I turned both options on again on 4/26 and have regular problems now. I will get a application crash that gives some message about memory problems and have to restart the game. Other times i will just simply disconnect. This mainly happens when I am changing instances. Most oftem when i enter a zana map within a map or when I re enter my ho from a map.

I really hope dx11 is still being worked on because these issues happened directly after enabling it.

i7-3930k 3.2ghz
16 gb ram
500 gig SSD OS drive
geforce gtx 980
