Creating instances on a USA server instead of Amsterdam (EU)

So.. I was starting a map (latency around ~40ms), entering the map i get a constant latency of ~320ms.. Looked through the log and the instance is on a USA Washington server although the information on the right side of the UI says Amsterdam (EU)..
