Cast while channel (CWC) triggering spell continously

Cast while channeling skill channels continuously, without activating the channeling skill. This occurs by a few quick presses of the CWC skill and then doing nothing. At no point do I hold down the skill button. It appears that the channeling skill does not display, but does cast.

I've tested in hideout and dried lake. I've verified that both the active skill and channeling (triggering skill) are being cast.

The testing involved using wither + cwc + flame surge (lvl 1) on a pack of mobs around voll in dried lakes. The flame surge did damage and the wither debuff was stacking on mobs. During testing some mobs walked away from the channel location and the debuff disappeared.

The same bug occurs with bladefall as the triggered skill.

I've found the bug is difficult to replicate and took a few tries to get working when attempting to replicate.
