EQ and Cyclone tooltip DPS

I have learned to take tooltip dps with a grain of salt, but can someone point out how accurate the tooltip dps for EQ and Cyclone are, particularly related to:
- Cyclone's first hit deals 50% less
- Does the tooltip take into consideration that one hits multiple times (but how many?) with this skill?
- EQ's aftershock (I believe the tooltip does not take this into consideration -- am I right?)

Cyclone tooltip includes your attack speed, as most skils do, but not the 50% penalty, or the instant initial hits on recast (since you can't predict that).

EQ tooltip doesn't include the aftershock.
