Transform perandus coins into defaut currency

Transform perandus coins into defaut currency

pros and cons:

Can be stacked into LARGE stacks so it easy to carry, to count and acumulate especialy for those without currency stash

At (least in legacy) they are not rare as chaos and exalts and is avaible to everyone

Can't be easily tranformed into something usefull, but is potencialy VERY useful if one is lucky

Supply may be discontinued once legacy ends

Perandus scamming: If one is not careful when buying coins the supposed seller may enter your map and steal yor perandus offer

Absolutely not.

There is no "default currency", the players of the game determine what the default currency is based on demand. Why would anyone want to collect a bunch of golden coins to trade into some vendor that rarely offers a great deal, when they can amass chaos orbs and exalts which have true practical purposes.

Perandus coins don't "solve" an issue with the game, neither does the perandus league itself, which is why it wasn't incorporated into the core of the game. It works "ok" as a map mod with some rng level of gambling and a chaos sink, but thats about it.

Remove MF from POE, make juiced map the new MF.
It's true that Cadiro seldom have something valuable, but other than trade chaos and exalts are only used to crafting and this is also require lots of attempts to give you something useful...

Chaos and exalts are used for raw crafting, master crafting, zana mods, rolling maps (although no one exalts maps anymore)

There is a reason why people want chaos and exalts and why they don't want perandus coins, there is no forcing a currency to be relevant in comparison to crafting currency, because the game is built upon the crafting currency having value.

if coins had just a bit more use, like if you could buy alts from a npc or gems from Siosa with it, it could easily replace all low value currency (alts alch and so on) at least on trades

I know there's no way to force anyone to do somethink I just gave a suggestion...

I think your missing out on why they don't have a gold standard in the first place.

Maybe this might help if you are looking for something to read on the topic:
