About 10*Reckless Defence

I want to know if I had 10 Reckless Defence(10% additional Chance to receive a Critical Strike)

Will enemies always attack me with critical strike?

Or just doubled critical chance from enemies? (Ex:10%»»»20%)

How about spells from enemies?

Any hit you receive, doesn't matter if spell or attack, will be critical.
