The bug consist in the fact that i am not gaining phasing neither "at max frenzy charge" nor "while i have onslaught"

Seriously, it was asked hundreds of times already. Conditional buffs like that aren't technically a buff but just a status effect on you so they don't have an icon. It is definitely a shitty interface realization but not technically a bug. And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

It doesn't show as a buff icon, but it should be functioning as intended (additionally, your character seems to be displaying the proper visual cues that come with quartz infusion, i.e. translucent-white colour).
To check, go into any map with low level mobs that can't kill u, get max frenzy charges/pop an onslaught flask, and try walking through them. If you can go right through them, congratulations, you have phasing. :D | |

Just as you can see, i dont have phasing and i cant walk through monster.
