Can i prevent physical damage from being converted?

Can i use Starforge with skills that convert Physical damage without actually converting it?

For Example Frost Blades Deals 141.8% of Base Attack Damage and has 60% of Physical Damage converted to Cold Damage.

Can i do 141.8% Physical damage without anything being converted to Cold Damage?

You would simply lose the damage.

As of 2.6: No.

If you want to build around Starforge without losing damage, you must choose a skill that doesn't convert.
