Game will no longer start in 64Bit/DX11 and throws a D3D error after switching to DX9

Since yesterday I get this problem, the first time I start PoE in DX11 it starts in the background, with 30% process occupation. After not "coming forth" I end the process and it says "There was a Problem with DX11".
After switching to DX9 it throws following error http://imgur.com/a/krW8h I can perfectly run any other game like hots / wow / ME:A This is solveable for the day... Now Even after the PC restart and Update of the AMD Drivers, the game will no longer start
Running with a R280X Driver Version 17.4.3 on a Windows10 |

Had the same error after I installed 17.4.3.
Everytime I installed those either Relive was missing or PoE (and other games) didn't even launch anymore. Must have installed them 10 times until Relive AND 3D worked. So I did a complete Clean Uninstall of all AMD-Drivers with their Clean-Uninstall-Utility
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx and now It seems to work fine. Could also be a problem, because I did the latest Win10 Update |

Oops... I just knew that the year of free upgrade from Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10 was a Microsoft trap. I knew my Windows 7 Pro that runs rock solid over 6 years (always run malware scans monthly and CCleaner to keep the crap out) should not be upgraded. Thank goodness I didn't succumb to temptation and upgrade.

dobrý den ahoj- dovolte mi psát česky, nevím jestli je to internacional nebo jiné forum- hru jsem nainstaloval, stáhly se aktualizace, přihlásil jsem se a po kliknutí na spouštěcí ikonu se objeví obrazovka z paluby lodi prší přede mnou skály a dál se nehnu není žádné menu create postavy, settings nic.co je prosím špatně?

Press Windows+R and type this into the small window:
dxdiag.exe Press enter. Click on 'save all information' and select a path. Open the text-file that you just saved. Can you see anything that looks like there are problems found? Maybe you can also try to find the event-viewer of Windows and see if you can find the crash or rather the error-mesage there and post it here? |
