Unfortunately no. At the current pace it will take several years before the jihadis are completely elliminated, and that's only if some major player (Turkey, US) doesn't intervene directly. And the US is already making a foothold in Syria, from the Kurd regions and recently also from Jordan sneaking up.

The neocons see Syria as an opportunity to bleed both Russa and Iran, and that's why the war there will last for a long time still. And even disregarding US, there's Turkey and KSA who both have the interest for the war to continue - and finances to make it so.

People often mistakenly assume Best Korea is weak militarily, they are not. Russia left an ABSURD amount of hardware there when they pulled out. It is one of the reasons they are left alone, invasion would be extremely costly, and bombing ineffective.
