Account banned !

Hey there re-started poe 2 days ago,,and i wanna know whats going on.

So 1st i had an account on steam for POE played for like 1-2 days and quit the game,after 1 year some friends joined and decided to play with the try the game again and give it a serious go this time..today after i tried to trade an orb of alchemy to get a gem that i needed the system was telling me that i need to be lvl 25 on character to trade a unique item and i was 38,after that i send an email on the support to get an explanation on whats wrong and i cant trade anything got the jeweles i need it from my high lvl friend and then boom dced accoun thas been banned from administrator is that all a coincedence or wtf is going on

literally caught cheating, which is why you can't trade.
GGG will have proof enough of this....but you can email them and see if you can't get unbanned...only a few days play, not like you would have anything of worth on the account.

so if the system thinks im cheating by the fact that a friend gave me a jewel for my socket weapon that i couldnt buy what do u suggest i do so this ban thing wont happen cause i simply didnt do anything else
except trade the jewel from my friend

Or is it the fact that i have a s2nd account with the same email on steam the problem?

I know this is a necro, but the exact same thing just happened to me.

Although I was trying to trade an orb of alchemy for a bow.

The guy took pity on me and gave me the bow in the end because of the level 25 problem.

Sent an email to support, but I am not running anything on my machine that would have me banned for any reason.
