So whats up with 3.0, how is the access to the beta gonna work?

I too suffer from being unable to play. Lost my house in December, and live out in the goddamn country now(Last resort, honestly). Trying to work out a reasonable internet situation, but most options I've found "Don't provide service to my address". Looks like it'll have to be a wireless hotspot (maybe a Verizon LTE 4G), or satellite. Neither of which is terribly attractive to be honest, but either would be better than using this cell phone as a hotspot I suppose.

Just a quick browse around the forum, and I realize that it's going to be hell catching up after being out of the game for four months -_-
