I run a caustic arrow build. CA doesn't care about accuracy or IAS, and also doesn't care about curse on hit because the cloud doesn't actually hit.

Your gloves would be great for a caustic arrow build. However I would prefer if there was another elemental resist instead of dex (I'm guessing that's what you were going for when you slammed it).
