Flame dash doesn't work on 21:9 monitors outside of 16:9 horizontal range

When using flame dash if the mouse cursor is outside the boundaries of the traditional 16:9 aspect ratio range the ability does not work.

When using a 16:9 resolution if a player uses flame dash with their cursor anywhere on the screen then they will begin standard movement immediately and once they're within range they will then dash the remainder of the distance.

If using a 3440x1440 or 2560x1080 resolution and you use flame dash with the mouse cursor outside of the inner 2560x1440 or 1920x1080 horizontal range from the center then your character will do nothing.

I feel this is a pretty big disadvantage for players which use 21:9 aspect ratio displays. Flame dash is a key escape maneuver and in situations where it is critical to use flame dash it's often difficult to keep mouse cursor centered or even locate the cursor. Players using 16:9 aspect ratio monitors do not have to worry about this and can use flame dash to escape regardless where their cursor is at.
