How the build works:

Items: The Aylardex Agate amulet, Praxis Paua Ring, Praxis Paua Ring, Kitava's Thirst Zealot Helm, Void battery, Zerphi's last breath

Jewels: Clear mind jewel, 2 x Fevered mind jewel, 2 x spirited response jewel

Ascendancy points: Illuminated Devotion, Conviction of power, Divine Guidance, Sanctuary of Thought

Skill Tree notables: Mind over matter, Elemental Overload

Bandits: Life, skill, Power charge

Skill Links:

Chest: Storm Call, Spell Echo, Lightning Penetration, Less Duration, Controlled Destruction, Elemental Focus

Helm: Arc, Culling Strike, Innervate, Immortal Call

Boots: Orb of Storms, Power charge on Critical Strike, Curse on hit, Warlord's Mark

Gloves: Rallying Cry, Increased Duration, Lightning Golem, Cast when damage taken

Shield: Lightning Warp Faster casting, Less Duration

Weapon: xxx

How does it all work?

Defenses:
General stats to look for on non unique gear: life, mana, resists, movement speed, casting speed, spell damage, spell crit.

You DO NOT USE any mana for auras and heralds and such. All mana is left unreserved, enables the clear mind jewel.
This means you get 5000 life, 5000 mana, 3000 ES with end game gear.

1)
Mind over Matter + Divine Guidance + The Aylardex Amulet with 8 power charges = 48 % dmg taken on mana instead of life. 2 x spirited Response jewels + 2 x Praxis Rings = 36 % of dmg taken gained as mana, which means when you take a hit of 1000 dmg, 480 of that dmg is taken on mana pool instead of life pool. Once the damage is taken, you regain 360 mana. On top of that you get more mana regen from items + mana leech.

2)
You generate power charges, which in turn also generate endurance charges (Conviction of power ascendancy). Those endurance charges are turned into immortal call with a very high uptime.

3)
You are spending more than 100 mana per cast of each storm call, with atleast 5 storm calls being cast a second = 500 mana a second. Zerphi's last breath makes you recover 800 % of mana used as life during flask duration (10 second duration). This isn't leech, but you sure feel like some OP Vaal Leech build, when this is up.

Offense:
Focus on cast speed. The more casts you do, the more procs of Kitava's thirst you get, The more life is recovered with Zerphi's last breath

Void battery with 8 power charges gives you lots of spell damage, not that much crit chance though as the Aylardex amulet counters that, however we use Elemental Overload Notable, which is easy to keep up and doesn't require any Crit multiplier.

Your damage comes from more than 1 source. Basically, you got your main attack as Storm call with insane support jewels. You can deal with the downside of Elemental focus and Controlled Destruction very easy.

The arc setup in the kitava's thirst helm allows you to get a easy shock effect on monsters, works as a culling strike and innervate gives you Onslaught buff with high up time. Expect atleast 1-2 arc cast a second. Each arc does do a bit of damage, which will add up with the other sources of damage.

You also got a Orb of storms setup for power charges and curse application. Again, it deals some damage which adds up.

Leveling:
I suggest leveling with a totem build as you go past many of the nice totem points on the skill tree and the points are easy to respec out of later on. Also the Hierophant Ascendancy has some good totem points you can respec out of later aswell.

Hope i didn't miss anything.

this is the most innovative build guide i have seen in several seasons, great ideas
Thanks :-) It's really fun to play the build. It's still a work in progress, where i am doing some tweaks here and there.
Wow great job with the build! Its really innovative as the other guy mentioned.

When I look at it, I wonder when you get most of your mana back via spirited response and your rings. Why so much mana?

Theoretically having 50% of your hp pool should be more than enough.
Actually with 50 % MoM (49 %) you would need the same value in mana as in life. Example: 5000 life / 5000 mana. You take a hit of 5000 damage, half of that damage is taken on your mana pool. After you have been hit, you would have 2500/5000 life left and 2500/5000 mana left. What spirited response does, is it instantly gives you that mana back you lost.
Now that i think about it:
Lets say we have 2 examples:
you take a hit of 8000 damage (after mitigation) with 50 % MoM effect.

Example 1:
5000 life/5000 mana: you would have 1000/5000 life left after the hit and 1000/5000 mana left (you would regain 2880 mana with spirited response effect at 36 %)

Example 2:
5000 life/2500 mana: you would have -500 life/5000 life left and 0/2500 mana left. You would be dead.

Where it does get interesting is for lower hits:
You take a hit of 5000 damage (after mitigation) with 50 % MoM effect.

Example 1:
5000 life/5000 mana: you would have 2500/5000 life left after the hit and 2500/5000 mana left (you'd regain 1800 mana with spirited response effect at 36 %)

Example 2:
5000 life/2500 mana: You would have 2500/5000 life left after the hit and 0/2500 mana left (you'd regain 1800 mana with spirited response effect at 36 %)

I personally haven't gotten into high maps yet, although i see no reason why it wouldn't be able to run them. I guess i could buy a tier 16 map on poe trade and try it out. If you want to get into higher tier maps with the build you will probably have to spend more currency to improve the build. You can look my profile up and see some of the upgrades i have gotten since i posted the video/guide.

I strongly recommend getting corrupted rings/amulets/shield for an additional 6 % mana gained when damage taken on hit per piece.
I'm currently looking into changing some of my rare pieces, so i can max out my chaos resistance alongside the elemental resistances, also getting a rare shield with leo mod for 20 % reduced damage taken over time will solve some issues.

You'd want 48-49 % MoM with 48-49 % mana gained when damage taken on hit. Furthermore i found out that changing curse to enfeeble is good. You want NO mana leech as it interfers with Zerphi's last breath.

To sum it up:
I am convinced doing high end content is not a problem as long as you got the currency to fund it.
really thanks a lot ur reply

i will try soon this build (now i play BV nec, will get currency, try MOM storm call build)

if u can, i want see ur character for study this build

i cant see anything not unique item slot

um... sorry my english is so trash,

hf and gl !
