Fast League Starter Build?

Hi everyone!

I need some advice for my first char in Legacy.
Last League I played a Trickster(Essence Drain) as main char. I am getting along with that very well but I already played it 2 times and its getting boring. Also it lacks clearspeed.

So what I am searchin is a build that can reliably do Atziri and Uberlab (without paying 5-10 exalteds for gear) and T15 maps. Most important for me about the Trickster was that I could stack some nice ES without investing a lot and that I could move free in bossfights while the ED DOT did its job.

I think of playing SRS with Blood Magic on either Witch/Necromancer or on a Scion. Clearspeed would be the same or slightly better than ED Trickster and I think the gearing shouldn´t be a problem aswell.

Anyone can recommend a budget build that goes into that direction? Something with more Clearspeed would be nice of course.
