Race Reward still not received

Hi GGG,

Just saying than after 2 weeks haven't got my Stormcaller Mystery Box while I managed to be lvl 18 (from 1) with one character in the "Void League" during 10-12th February Race (still have it if you want to check). Thus I should have received a box for the 10 level up but I did not.
I know you have many others things to do but well I thought I wouldn't be able to get this box if I hadn't made a bug report.

Not sure about the tag too, I put Crash.

The trick was - character should be lvl 10 and appear on the ladder.

If you had participated in 'Descent Champions' event and didn't kill the last boss - free box is lost for you.

Can confirm. Definitely NOT true.

None of my characters were on the ladder (or even close to it :D)
Levelled to 10 and logged out.
Repeat for another account.
Got the box on each acc.
