Connection issues

So today I've been having connection issues. When I get into instances, after a while all the monsters just freeze. Maybe a few are following me around, but I'm unable to damage to anything. Once I went into the Cavern of Wrath and was annoyed to see that no enemies at all spawned. I was able to explore the entire map. I wasn't forcefully disconnected. But when I got to the exit, I was unable to walk through it (unsurprisingly). When these lags occur, there is usually no end in sight. They just go on forever, and I'm forced to log out and log back in to resume the action at all. After that it's just another 3-10 minutes before another occurrence. I've tried switching servers from Singapore to Australia. No difference. I've given up for today. I hope this is fixed soon.
