i was pretty disappointed when new tiers were added. " *shrugs* i went with life based, this time around. i never play the meta, anyway.far from gg, but only cost ~4 essences and it was good enough to get bored of legacy league in. not that it's ever worth crafting anything 6t1 in this game, since you'll just get screwed over by new tiers. like in a couple months...
