Craft essence

Hi!

I'm trying to find what would be the best way to craft a staff.

Base item would be eclipse staff

Essence of hysteria is needed

So, we want, by order of priority
1) Lot of cast speed
2) critical strike multiplier
3) flat fire damage
4) fire damage%, spell damage%
5) mana
etc etc, you get the point.

I think the best way is to use catarina master craft "cannot roll attack mods", then use essence, then exalt/craft the rest

but may be "can have multiple crafted mods" is better. Can i use the both meta craft mods before using essence?

Any idea? Do you see something wrong? What itemlevel of eclipse staff do i need?
