Can there be 2 accounts playing on same PC?

I just started playing POE again a lot recently (1 year) and im glad to see it has improved a lot since many years ago. So i introdcued my cousin POE and he started to like it too. Sometimes he plays on my PC. I dont know if this is banable like multiaccount. I will not trade with him or maybe will give him some low items for the start, but the main question is, is playing with the same PC/IP banable?

It's fine! You're even allowed to use two accounts simultaneously on the same PC as long as they're both manually controlled.
