Legacy Supporter Pack Item Apply

Hi there,
If I apply a Cloak, helmet, etc skin to my equip, can I do it again on another equip or is it like a bound? How about the 1 stack weapon effect and the belt enchantment? How about on another character? TIA Last bumped on Feb 22, 2017, 9:45:14 PM

All those MTX (pretty much all MTX, in fact), can only be used on one character or item at a time, but can be reclaimed and moved around freely.

How about the classic weapon effect? It says 1 stack.

Same thing. The only MTX that are not reusable are skin transfers and the odd special occasion thing like fireworks.
