Reclaim effect does nothing

I'm trying to reclaim my effects but the only one that worked was the cloak. I click reclaim, then click the armor, and nothing happens. This is very frustrating.

What effect is applied to the armour?

is there physical space for the MTX in the MTX tab?
No? There is space left in that tab though right like just a few slots for small MTX? Then the game can't generate a new tab like it should...just ask support to add a new tab Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
