Help with build concept: All unique HOWA bladeflurry crit

Hey

Since breach is soon ending and we still have some time before 2.6 leagues start I was thinking of how to make an interesting howa character with as much INT as possible. I haven't been able to try something out yet due to most of the gear being in standard whereas the actual claws I only have in breach league. At any rate, I'm thinking of using the following things:






Boots: skyforth
Chest: Either Shavs or
Belt: Not sure yet

Idea would be to scale INT and Crit as high as possible but I haven't been able to figure out which would be the best starting class for this. Inquisitor is nice for the ignore resistance, but they'll have the hardest time pathing to duelist leech nodes. Raider maybe? But then I'd "have" to scale both frenzy and power charges (which could be cool too!)

I'm not sure but any suggestions or build ideas are very welcome
