reclaiming effecs

I have transfered an item skin to a belt and used legacy effect on that belt aswell.

If i reclaim effect, will i reclaim the legacy effect first or transfered skin/item first?

In my experience, the skin transfer will alwayws be the last to be reclaimed. I dont know if this is always the case or not, but has always been for me anyway.

I know for a fact that the item effect that got added ladt gets reclaimed first. I also tried something with belt skin transfer and arcane effect earlier, and I can assure you that you can safely remove the legacy effect.

PS: arcane effect looks awesome with the effect of maligaro's restraint.

Skin transfers will always be the last effect reclaimed.
