Wand User Witch Subclass

I wish that there was a Witch Class that focused specifically on damage using the Wand; not Spells, not Summons; not Chaos Damage, but the Wand as a direct damage weapon. You would think that - since she's a witch and wands are her specialty - there would be a set of skills for this--but there really isn't; or the skills you want are too far up the tree for you to bother with; like they're an afterthought. Currently, the RANGER is a better Wand User than the Witch, with all the instant Physical Damage skills that go well with the Wand; that the Ranger gets right at the start. These + Dual Wand Barrage = Boss Mincemeat... which is... quite odd, really.
