Need help relinking my steam

So, I made the account you see now recently because I forgot my old username. I've gone on to buy a lot of microtransactions on it and made a lot of progress. I decided to hook things up to steam, for easy MTX purchases, but I've got my old, crappy PoE account bound to my steam.
