Bow wielding lightning elemental Templar of doom

I am brand new to PoE, but I am really liking what I have seen so far. I have lurked around various forums trying to get the lay of the land, and I put together this build. Is it a pipe dream or do people think it is actually viable? Comments and suggestions for tweaking would be greatly appreciated and thank you.

Yes the build is viable with lightning arrow and chain you can achieve amazing results.
