[0.10.1]EB/HP/Armor Freezing Pulse Templar---Viable?

@Wurmbrand EB isn't really a must for this build, but I like it because I can use even more auras and you can also use skellytotem, endurance cry, lightning warp etc. with enough mana. Without EB you'll have to reserve Grace/Discipline with Blood magic.
So yeah, EB isn't a must, but I don't mind giving up 500-700ES for more flexibility

I helped Oak on normal for the +40 hp, killed all the bandits on cruel for the skill point (you can also help Alira for the 4% cast speed if you want) and I also got the skill point in merciless.
