Tornado Shot Gem Tooltip Bug

I recently bought this Tornado Shot Gem in the Vendor and it doesn't show it's "Deals (X)% of base attack damage" information.
I have another Tornado Shot Gem (lower level) and it shows the information correctly. EDIT: I just noticed that the Level 11 Tornado shot have "100% base attack damage". Maybe when a Gem Base Damage is 100% it isn't showing.  "The strong, hits heavier. The smart, acts better. The skillful, wonder forever. The trickster? He does it all. I understand this.
But anyway, it should display taht it's 100%. It's pretty strange to see an Attack Gem withouth it's Base damage. =D "The strong, hits heavier.

Stats which do nothing never display, consistently throughout the game. This includes “Deals 100% of base damage” on any attack gem, as well as any “+0” or “0% increased” mods. For example Ventor’s Gamble can roll 0 on all of its mods, in which case it doesn’t display any explicit stats.
