Dominating Blow vs Breaches

Wondering why dominating blow cannot revive breach mobs at all? Its such a fun build to play but you cannot activate any breaches as they wreck your summons and you cant dominate breach mobs.

Seems to be the case for summoned mobs and beyond mobs also.

I guess the intention is for dominating blow to only apply to the core mobs of the game and no "secondary" mobs, or is it something that was overlooked as I am probably the only person on server with a functioning t10+ dominating blow build?
