ZO bug during VP+GR leech?

So I got this BV ranger, ci, vp, gr, I leech ES with warlord aura.
I have the sorrow divine flask that gives me ZO during the effect. During this effect time it feels like I can't leech dmg as ES... None of those nodes say or indicate such a conflict, but it still feels and seems like my leeched ES gain crashes during the ZO flask effect. Can anyone confirm this possible glitch? I mean vaal pact says life regen has no effect, but that doesn't mean leech. So why the hell does my BV dmg stop giving me ES leeched with warlord and ghost reaver, when I press the ZO flask ?? I mean, leech is not regen, right? It should let me leech ES with GR normally during ZO? I don't think the ZO effect from Sorrow of the Divine is what the problem is. Something else is going on. Make your characters tab in your profile public.

it could be a bug, it is possible that you are one of the first players ever to test this interaction :)

Why would you use Sorrow of the Divine if you have Vaal Pact? It literally has no effect, other than the regular damage increase from Sulphur flasks, since you cannot regen.
