The backlog queue line

Hi, I need to contact support to unlock my account, it's about to be 72hrs since I sent out an email to them. I've read that they are behind 1,500 emails but what does this number mean? How many emails are processed daily, do they work weekends, so many questions. And then I'm not sure they have sufficient information from my first email so I may have to wait double. What is this wait? Days weeks months? Should I forget about poe? And move on

The wait is about a week or so. They have minimal staff on weekends.

If they need information, they will ask for it. If you send them another email, it will place you at the back of the que, so just wait and be patient.
