Singapore Gateway Issue

Been going on for about a week now, almost everyone in my guild who plays via the SG gateway are experiencing the same issue notably during afternoon/early night (very early morning until morning in UTC time). The issues ranging from :
- Disconnections followed by rollbacks. Note: These are not normal disconnects! Normally when you're getting disconnected the server still retains map/area instances, which is still fine (to an extent), but this is something else, when we experience the disconnects, the instances are gone. - Logging in issues. - Unusually high latency (over 500ms spikes, which normally is around 25-35ms). These happens to everyone in my guild playing from Indonesia regardless of the ISP used (Indosat, Telkom/Telin, etc.). And this is a very recent problem, the server was fine early on in the league iirc. Edit (MTR report):
