(Breach pricecheck) Ghoul Desire Crimson Jewel

I looked on poe.trade a little and posted this for 4c, I've never really traded and never understood how to find value in items.

when i listed this i got so many whispers i panicked closed the game :/ i then checked poeprices and it said it could be anywhere from 35 to 142 chaos.

I'd really appreciate if someone could explain why this is valuable / isn't valuable so i can understand

its got a max life roll and a max two handed melee phys roll along with a one off inc dmg roll, that's 2 max rolls and an almost max roll.
life is good and u have 2 damage rolls that can affect the same type of damage
