help with pathfinder EQ

That's what I've come up with so far. My plan is to use Atziri's Disfavour for bleed, and pathfinder ascendancy for poison. I've never really done anything outside the normal rauder tank EQ build, so if anyone could give me some insight on why this build is crap or might work I would really appreciate it.
