[2.5] CI Hand of Wisdom and Action Blade Flurry Elementalist - Every Map/Mob/Boss/Reflect Proof

Everywhere else like useless %ES passives. :)

Thanks for the build, I enjoyed it a lot. A few things
1) The lack of movespeed for Kaom's Roots hurts it way too much in the clearspeed meta. Valyrium Moonstone Ring is probably a better choice
2) You miss out on Arcing blows on the passive tree
3) As other people said, you can switch to blade fury as soon as you can equip hand of though and motion

Great build, I personally love it (87 atm), the only difference is that after getting all the main nodes, I went for curse of doom, and dropped faster attacks on frost blade in return for elemental weakness.
I also went mastermind of discord (even though I run 5l) so frost blade give -25, -47(43+10%), -39 (36+10%) for a total of -111 res besides lightning pen, this is without maxing/quality conduct/ele weakness.
Which is totally nuts, using frost blade / vinktar bosses just melt.

Changed a flask, and next day trying skyforth this build free power charge,stun immunity + mana and trying herald of thunder with curse on hit,i have no time to frost blast cast xd

I run Elemental Overload, and don't really use the PCOC effect. I guess it's nice to help keep EO up for a greater amount of time, but crit is really hard to build, at least with an Elementalist.

Why Written in Blood instead of Melding? You can then get an Energy from Within jewel next to it and get more ES, no?

ES per point is really bad with energy from within nerf. even with a perfect energy from within it comes out to 8% ES per point, which is worse than written in bloods 7.5% per point and strength because you're effectively using 4 less points and you get a jewel socket.

How did you come about calculating these ES% numbers?

Melding (with a perfect Energy From Within) is (8%+8%+8%+16%+6%)/5 = 9.25% per point
Written in blood is (5%+5%+5%+10%)/4 = 6.25% per point

How do you deal with Reflect damage? I worked on this build basically my whole week off work last week and got it going nice and strong now. So thanks to OP!

As per the guide, I have chosen the ascendancy 'Paragon of Calamity' for the 50% reduction of reflect damage taken, but still... when I do a map, even a map with only 15% reflect damage, i need to go through it extremely slowly, like literally a click or two to kill the mob and let my ES rebuild.

Should I just avoid those Reflect maps or am I doing something wrong? Is there something specific besides that Ascendancy / Vinktars that helps with this?

Atziri's promise/vinktar/lightning resistance flask all work.
Purity of lightning is also an option (gives a bit more max res)

However without running any of them I do notice reflect spikes (small ones), but nothing serious enough that vaal pact can't leech through.

Math:
With all the leech nodes you get 2% leech. (.8+.4+.4+.4)
You should only take 7.5% damage on a 15% reflect map (with Paragon of calamity)
With 75% resistance that's down to 1.875% of damage done, which is less then your leech rate.

Are you sure you picked up all the leech nodes?, and check if map has -maximum resistance. (remember to top your resistance in elemental weakness maps to, purity of element is nice to bring in for the occasion)

Thanks for the build guide, love it. Just did my first ever guardian kill (Minotaur), it wasn't deathless as i went blind into the fight. Gear is not perfect but loving the clear speed. I was warchief with Tukohama's shield (very strong, however you relied on the totems) and this build is all about you.

Great guide now for some lucky drops and see if i get the other guardian maps.

Hi. If I use shav, which auras should I use?

Good build mostly however parts of your tree are suboptiml. HoT is strictly worse than Arcing Blows. Not taking Elementalist in Templar when it is difficult to cap res is confusing.
