Are breach lords to show up in normal breaches?

looking at the preview stuff there was talk of the breach lords having a chance to show up in breaches and fighting you, you can't kill them but get loot based on them, but not seen this yet, is it just rare, not in or need to kill alot?

Got my ass handed to me by Tul himself(herself?) while leveling so yes they do show up when they feel like it.

so how does the breaches work that you self open? Whats their dificulty set to?

I am to reach lvl 70 soon (~casual daddy "nolifer") so I am wondering myself - how do they look like? How to find them? Feels like a pure luck so far (not only it has to spawn, but you have to choose the place / right direction to go after the breach is opening to even run into him in the first place)
Anybody could give me a few hints? Appreciated. |
