The problem with running the game

I have a problem running the game '' Path of Exile ''.
Loads a window steam then closes and the game does not open.
I checked the consistency of the game files and everything in order.
Firewall or antivirus are not blocking the game. I did also packcheck and still no results.
The game yesterday worked.

the game has a logfile in it's install directory/logs/client.txt

any hint there why it doesn't start?

please send ggg a mail containing all the lines from a client start and what you yet did to fix the problem.

i would also recommend asking them to enable you to switch to the standalone version (they need to attach your email to the steam login) so you can just play.

Problem solved. I thought and just ran Steam as administrator.


And "support" does not answer even though I emailed yesterday. But the problem solved;)
