Righteous Fire Red Support Brainstorm

Hi, I'm running RF as my most successful (2) build(s) by far, but with Kaom's I have only a 4L (3B1R) available. The 3 blue gems are obvious - RF, Elemental Focus and Increased AOE, but with the red one I'm torn between Increased Burning Damage and Increased Item Quantity.
I reject Concentrated Effect because without it my clear speed is much better and I can kite dangerous bosses while still clipping them with the edge of RF.

As of this writing, tree and items give me the following boni to Righteous Fire itself:
88% increased damage (148% against bleeding enemies)
40% more damage (on recent crit)
Elemental Equilibrium (never inflicting fire resist).

I'm using Reave-Multistrike-Crit(-Fortify from item) and the Duelist's blood ascendency passives to provide the conditional bonuses, and while I'm wearing Southbound gloves kill shots by Reave or bleeding enemy explosions are a concern regarding IIQ.

What do you guys think? Should I

1) Use IIQ anyway

2) Use Increased Burning, like I've been doing mostly

3) Ditch the Kaom's in favour of my 5L Carcass Jack (which will be a pain to get to 3B2R though)?
